Acceptance of terms
Using the Enablr platform means you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any clause, please do not use the platform. Final wording to come from the client.

Account and permissions
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. The account is for a single organisation, and the number of users depends on your plan.

Subscription and renewal
The subscription is monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. Prices shown are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT.

Payment
Payment is taken via mada, Apple Pay, or credit cards through an accredited payment gateway. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to produce content that breaches Saudi regulations, infringes the rights of others, or is intended to harm a third party.

Intellectual property
Outputs produced from your account belong to your organisation. Rights in the platform itself, its software, and its designs remain with Enablr.

Limits of liability
The tool supports your marketing decisions with data and research, but final responsibility for your decisions and their commercial outcomes rests with you.

Changes and termination
We may amend these terms or discontinue the service with reasonable prior notice. Final wording to come from the client.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
